All service can be quoted before any work is started and there is no cost to you.  In the event that a quoted job can not be completed after the work has been started due to more underlining problems, there may be a small fee.

Service work can be anything from a complete tune-up to a simple tension adjustment.

Repair work would be considered any timing, clearance, gear replacements, tension rebuilds, or work that would not be completed in 10 minutes.

Tune-ups include a complete cleaning of internal moving parts and external wipe down of machine as well as oiling of moving points that require lubrication.  The machine will be sewn and tension and stitch quality will be adjusted to meet acceptable standards.  Cords, wiring and foot controls will be inspected for damage.  External bags, hard covers or carrying cases will not be cleaned in a normal tune-up.
